OEM/ODM
We welcome OEM project with customized designs and brands. We have R&D engineer and designer to help customers to develop their projects step by step. We have capability to start from creating renderings, prototypes, mould making, production, assembling until shipments.
FACTORIES
When we received customer inquiry, we will study and compare prices with different suppliers before quote to you. We will use the reliable and capable factories to quote and work with our enquiries and orders.
We have wide range of factories to fulfil different client’s requirements. Some of our partner factories are with Sedex, BSCI, GSV, ISO9001, ISO14001 which have capabilities to handle the orders for big brands. We are working orders for NIVEA, Pfizer , T- MOBILE, Abbott, Valvoline, Moomin… etc. We understand the market is competitive and open, so we are working with a reasonable margin with good quality of goods and services.
ORDER PROCESS and INSPECTION
Some customers only find the factory from web sourcing, they do not know the factory facilities in detail, whether it is small / large factory or trading company...etc. We will protect and help customer to scan the factories to ensure they have ability to handle our orders.
We have QC teams in southern and northern part of CHINA to follow up our orders. After order placed, we will send our QC people to factory to monitor the on-line production ( During production Inspection). If we find any problem during processing, we will reflect it to the factory, stay there and solve them immediately. It can avoid big risk and troubles in the last moment of inspection (even you hire inspection company to do the final inspection) which is too late to correct. Before shipping, we will take the final inspection, so basically we will take at least two times inspections which can keep the quality control and without big mistakes.
